It’s a constant struggle, yes I know but it’s not an impossible task. It takes a lot of commitment, dedication, and a lot of willpower.
Over the years i’ve come to realize that it’s a battle within yourself, a battle to keep yourself accountable. It’s almost as if you have to be obsessed. Yes, I say obsessed because you have to want your results like nothing else.
Everyone has a battle the are facing, why they’re struggling to be in shape, why they haven’t been able to workout. I get it but ask yourself this question; Do you really want to remain the same the rest of your life?
Working out doesn’t have to be a drag, It’s hard to get started but if you’re willing to put in the work and make the necessary changes to better yourself you will start to enjoy your workouts
