Taking Action

You like the idea of working out but you struggle taking action?

It’s a constant struggle, yes I know but it’s not an impossible task. It takes a lot of commitment, dedication, and a lot of willpower.

Over the years i’ve come to realize that it’s a battle within yourself, a battle to keep yourself accountable. It’s almost as if you have to be obsessed. Yes, I say obsessed because you have to want your results like nothing else.

Everyone has a battle the are facing, why they’re struggling to be in shape, why they haven’t been able to workout. I get it but ask yourself this question; Do you really want to remain the same the rest of your life?

Working out doesn’t have to be a drag,  It’s hard to get started but if you’re willing to put in the work and make the necessary changes to better yourself you will start to enjoy your workouts

Case Study 1:Guillermo Ricalday

Take a look at Guillermo Ricalday he has put in the work to better himself. Like anyone else he’s struggled.

“I didn’t find working out fun, it felt like a drag to workout before but I found something I liked to do. I was out of shape and my eating habits were bad”

Guillermo has taken the time to keep himself accountable, dropping pounds of fat and gaining muscle all while doing something he enjoys.

Sometimes it’s pride that keeps us away from working out, the unwillingness to accept our flaws.

Case Study 2: Vanessa Villalvazo

Vanessa Villalvazo said enough was enough

“I knew i was going through something and it wasn’t until i found out that working out could be fun and enjoyable and saw positive results was when i said enough is enough”

Case Study 3: ME!

The idea of working out was always fun but I lacked guidance. The idea of it was fun but I didn’t do it because I didn’t enjoy not knowing how to work out. The moment I seeked guidance my life changed. I got in shape and in the long run started helping people change their lives by working out.
